CJ Smooth is an independent radio personality who has been blessed by the creator to have an ear for good quality music. Hailing from Arlington, Texas, CJ Smooth has always had music in his heart. His father, a music major, exposed him to the piano at an early age and instructed him in four-part harmony classic a cappella music. This training enabled him to hear all aspects of a song, from the vocal range to the bass line, and helped to develop his appreciation for an artist's unique sound.
